Role in the Purification Chain

The ultimate membrane life-extender. When an RO purifier starts, mineral salts settle on the membrane surface. This electronic valve opens wide for 18 seconds, blasting high-velocity water across the membrane to flush away scale before normal filtration begins.

Physical & Mechanical Principle

An integrated 24V electronic timer combined with a dual-path solenoid. On power-up, it bypasses the flow restrictor, allowing full 100 PSI unrestricted flow across the membrane surface, then snaps back to standard 450 cc restriction automatically.

The Ignored Hard Water Scaling

In borewell areas with 1000+ TDS, membranes choke with mineral scale every 6 months. Technicians keep replacing membranes every few months without ever suggesting an auto-flush valve that would have doubled membrane life.

Install a 24V Auto-Flush Valve in place of a standard manual FR. It scrubs your membrane automatically every time the pump starts.

Remove Old FR Valve

Disconnect the standard manual Flow Restrictor on the reject line.

Install Auto Flush Unit

Push 1/4" reject tube into the Auto-Flush valve inlet and outlet.

Connect Parallel to Pump

Splice the two 24V wires directly into the booster pump power leads.
